What is CICN?
What Inspired CICN?
The increasing efforts of government to provide adequate infrastructure for its people through various Public-Private Partnership (PPP) and project finance models as well as the incessant disputes between employers and contractors in construction projects at different levels led a group of concerned professionals to come together to form CICN. PUNUKA is one of the founding members of CICN. PUNUKA has an active construction and arbitration law practice which fits well into its oil and gas practice.
