Chief Anthony Idigbe, SAN
Chief Anthony Idigbe, SAN is a seasoned legal practitioner with over 33 years’ experience, He is the Senior Partner of PUNUKA Attorneys and Solicitors. He was elevated to the rank of Senior Advocate of Nigeria in 2000. He has advised clients on several complex transactions and has represented major companies and institutions in the highest courts of Nigeria.
He is a well-known capital markets legal adviser and has advised and acted as Counsel to the Securities & Exchange Commission. He has also been involved as lead counsel in many ‘big ticket’ litigation briefs such as the Kano Trovan Clinical Trial Cases. He also possesses wealth of knowledge and experience in Telecommunications Law particularly the workings of the Nigerian Telecommunications Industry, having represented numerous clients in various telecommunications disputes.
Chief Anthony Idigbe graduated from the University of Ife, (now Obafemi Awolowo University), Ile- Ife in 1982 with a 2nd Class Upper Degree (Hons). He also received the Hon. Justice Orojo Prize for the Best Student in Company Law. He finished from the Nigerian Law School, Lagos in 1983 also with a 2:1. He has an GPLLM from the University of Toronto, Canada (2015), the Robert Gordon University (RGU), Scotland, UK (2012) and the University of Lagos, Akoka (1988); MBA from the Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT) Enugu (1997); Diploma in Advertising from Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria (APCON), (1999), and was Lecturer, ESUT Business School, Enugu between 1999 and 2009 and APCON from 2000 – 2002.
He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK, Insolvency International and the International Bar Association. He is also a member of the Institute of Directors and the International Insolvency Institute. He is the immediate past President of the Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners Association of Nigeria (BRIPAN). He was the Founder and first Chairman, Capital Markets Solicitors Association (CMSA), and now functions as a Trustee of the Association. He has also served on various arbitration panels and is presently a member of the ICC Arbitral Panel. He is the author of many published books and articles.
Chief Idigbe has also served on several government panels; notably he was appointed by His Excellency, President Goodluck Jonathan as a member of the Petroleum Revenue Special Task Force in 2012. He was also part of the Law Review Committee in Delta State that revised and updated the Delta State laws in 2007, and was also a key member of the Joint Committee for Review of Investment Securities Act 1999 that produced the bill which led to the Investment and Securities Act 2007. He was appointed in 2013 as the National Coordinator for Nigeria, World Bank Global Forum of Law, Justice and Development- Project on Treatment of Shareholders’ Rights in Insolvency of Companies (2013 to 2014).
Characterised by a pioneering spirit, Chief Idigbe is the founder and first Chairman (2001 to 2006) of the Capital Market Solicitors Association (CMSA). He is also the author of many published articles and scholarly works in various fields of law. He is a Notary Public, and a Fellow of the International Bar Association (IBA); Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK (CIArB); Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria (APCON), Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners Association of Nigeria (BRIPAN). He is also a Member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA); Institute of Directors (IoD); International Insolvency Institute (III); London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA); the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators (AIPN), amongst others.

MRS. SHAKIRAT ADEPEJU BABATUNDE
Mrs. Babatunde FCA, B.Sc. (Hons.), M.Sc. MBA, FNIM, MIPA, MISACA, an alumnus of Harvard Business School, Boston, Massachusetts United States of America, She is a Chartered Accountant by profession. Member of the innovative Institute of Public Accountants, Australia (MIPA). She has a Bachelor of Science degree (Second Class Upper Division) with a Master of Science in Accounting. She is a Ph.D. Accounting research fellow from the University of Lagos, Akoka. Her research interest is in public sector accounting. She possesses, a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a bias for marketing management, from the ESUT Business School of the Enugu State University of Science and Technology. She is a Professional member of Information Systems Audit and Control Association now ISACA.
A Fellow of the prestigious Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and a Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Management. Shakirat serves on the Governing Council of (ICAN) since 2006. She had her professional accountancy training with Akinmade & Co and Babington Ashaye & Co. (Chartered Accountants). Mrs. Babatunde has over 25 years varied leadership experience in the public sector, audit and compliance, banking, finance, accounting, academics. She was treasurer and Chief inspector while in the banking sector. She is presently with Lagos State Government as Managing Director, Lekki Concession Company Limited. Lecturer in allied subjects in tertiary institutions, workshops and seminars. Member of the Federal government of Nigeria, Universities visitation panel for 2010.
She has sponsored many professional workshops and authored many books, journal articles and other national and international publications on leadership, control, infrastructure management, youth employment, entrepreneurship and Nigerian Police Force security summit. Mrs. Babatunde is the founder of entrepreneurship centre for Chartered Accountants; She is the founder of Integrity Next Level association for a better life for Nigerian citizens. Mrs. Babatunde is a donor of many scholarships, prizes and awards. This sophisticated, professional lady of letters has visited over thirty countries of the World covering United States of America, Asia, Arab, Europe and Africa. She was a paper presenter, ICAN-USA Conference 2014 in Canada, ICAS 2014 in Malaysia. Chair of Public sector accounting session, IAAER conference 2014, in Florence, Italy. A paper presenter on taxation and entrepreneurship ICGFM 2015 conference in Miami, USA. Mrs. Shakirat Adepeju Babatunde is happily married with Children.
Mr. Rafiu Bello
Rafiu Bello graduated from the Ahmadu Bello University with Bachelor of laws degree in 2007. He attended the Lagos Law School, Victoria Island and was called to the Nigerian Bar as a Solicitor and Advocate in 2008. Rafiu’s experience cuts accross banking, project finance.Insolvency, commercial. Civil and criminal litigation, aviation, construction and Infrastructure. He also trained with the Institute of Public-private Partnership (IP3), U.S.A. He has presented papers on PPP and construction law at high-profile fora and written several papers on construction and PPP

Honourable Stephen S. MAYAKI
Honourable Stephen S. MAYAKI was born in 1950 in Kogi State. He had his early education in Government College, Dekina and Kings College, Lagos.
He obtained a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Loughborough University of Technology in 1975 and a diploma in Estate Management of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1979.
Mr Mayaki has worked with Shell Nigeria , Knight Frank and Rutley, A G Leventis and Co and was the pioneer managing director of UACN property development company plc. He also served as a commissioner for Lands Housing and Urban development in Kogi State.
Mr Mayaki is a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers, member Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers and Fellow of Institute of Directors Nigeria.
Mr. Mayaki is married with children.
